This document contains the terms and conditions which apply to the use MetalStorm, all MetalStorm content on the www.storm3.net domain, or any other product or service offered by MetalStorm for subscription, use, sale, or service. Subject to your agreement to the terms and conditions below, MetalStorm offers a single non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service, excluding source code, for personal, non-commercial use, for users that are a minimum thirteen years of age. You agree not to use the provided service for any other use or purpose. Additionally you agree that you will not, or attempt to, duplicate or provide the content(past or present versions) of the service for yourself or any other person. Do not use the service if you are under thirteen years old, disagree to, or do not accept these terms of service. Your use and/or continued use of the service will constitute your acceptance of these terms of service and restrictions.

(1)These terms of service are subject to change. (2) Use of this service requires the user to agree to the terms of service. (3) This service or content is not to be used for commercial purposes. (4) Use of service requires the user to arbitrate all disputes. (5) Your use of MetalStorm has no warranty, and will result in no liability to the owners. You will use this service at your own risk. (6) Services are for the end-user; sale, trade, or distribultion of content or service is not permitted. (7) Content such as user names, profiles, comments, messages, posts are not created by MetalStorm. Creating inappropriate content, including the prohibitions in Facebook.com Terms of User Agreement, section eight[8] gives MetalStorm the right to remove it from the site and/or remove the involved account(s) without refund of previously purchased virtual goods. Additional content defined as inappropriate also includes spamming, advertising, phishing, and references to other web domains. (8) MetalStorm may use your user content(ie in-game posts) in any way we choose, without any obligation of payment to you. (9) You understand that MetalStorm offers a service to report abuse, however not all abuse can be caught. (10) If the MetalStorm server catches you editing any of the content to perform in ways which it was not intended, MetalStorm reserves the right to terminate your account. Additionally MetalStorm, at its own discretion, will terminate or ammend any accounts which have connections to other flagged accounts.(11) If the MetalStorm server or administrators observe any denial of service attacks, brute forcing, defacing, or any other log of suspicious activity which falls outside the scope of MetalStorm's intended use, MetalStorm will report you to your local authorities. (12) Commissioner points are a virtual currency which may be used in MetalStorm. You understand that all purchases and offers for Commissioner points or any other virtual item sold or traded on the site is final and non-refundable, except at our own discretion. Purchases of virtual goods from this site are purchases of a limited, non-transferable license which may may be subject to revocation. (13) Content on this site is copyrighted under the United States copyright laws. All other trademarks and services appearing on this site and property of their respective owners. The use of our logos, descriptions, names, and content on any other site is prohibited. (14) You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading, posting in an iframe, cross-site scripting, or by purchasing or obtaining virtual goods. (15) End user agrees to post or submit content abiding by Facebook's terms of service, including Facebook's definitions of offensive material. (16) End user must also agree not to share any personal information about another person, or attempt to impersonate another user, or violate these terms of service. (17) End user agrees not to submit or attempt to submit content which may interfere with the functionality of MetalStorm's service. (18) End user agrees to access this service without the use of an anonymous proxy. (18) End user agrees to take responsibility for interactions with other users through the service, and not hold MetalStorm or its developers liable for any damages which resulted from a dispute between you and another user(s). (19) You agree to review these terms of service to be aware of any updates. Any updates to these terms of service are effective immediately. (20)MetalStorm contains links to external websites. MetalStorm is not to be held liable for any content, services, or disputes from these external web sites.(21) Any use of this service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. (22) Use of this site is void where prohibited. (23) MetalStorm is defined as the application "MetalStorm," the service it provides, and its developers.
